Romantic Kashmir Tour Package

The company is responsible only for the services paid for by the guest as mentioned in the package inclusions. Additional services are optional and available at extra cost. In case of unforeseen events such as riots, floods, landslides, accidents, political unrest, or natural calamities, the tour program may need to be changed or extended. Any extra expenses incurred due to such circumstances will be borne by the passengers.

If a guest decides to leave the tour midway for personal reasons, no refund will be provided for the remaining unutilized portion of the package. Hotel check-in time is typically 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

All guests must carry valid photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) for hotel check-ins and local permits. Foreign nationals must carry their passport and valid Indian visa. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or other operational reasons while ensuring similar experiences are provided.

Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking confirmation. Your booking is confirmed only after receipt of this deposit amount.

Remaining Payment: The balance 60% payment is due on the day of check-in at your first hotel in Kashmir. Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card.

Cancellation Charges:

• 45 days or more before arrival: 10% of total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges
• 25-44 days before arrival: 25% of total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges
• 15-24 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges
• 10-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges
• Less than 10 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of total tour cost will be forfeited (no refund)

Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfer charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.

Force Majeure: In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, political unrest, or government-imposed restrictions, the cancellation policy may be relaxed at the company's discretion. However, third-party costs already incurred (hotels, transport, permits) will be non-refundable.

Weather Considerations: Kashmir's weather can be unpredictable. We recommend packing warm clothes even in summer months, especially if visiting high-altitude areas like Gulmarg and Sonamarg. Check the weather forecast before your trip.

Health & Fitness: Some activities like trekking to Thajiwas Glacier require moderate fitness levels. If you have any medical conditions, please inform us in advance. Carry any prescribed medications as pharmacies may not be readily available in remote areas.

Mobile Connectivity: Major telecom providers work well in Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam. However, connectivity may be limited in remote areas and during travel between destinations. BSNL and Jio generally have better coverage in Kashmir.

ATM & Banking: ATMs are available in major towns but may not work consistently. We recommend carrying sufficient cash, especially for shopping and optional activities. Credit cards are accepted at most hotels but not at smaller establishments.

Photography: While Kashmir is incredibly photogenic, please be respectful when photographing local people and religious sites. Always ask for permission before taking photos of individuals. Avoid photography near military installations and checkpoints.
