Pangong Lake, also called Pangong Tso, is a beautiful lake high up in the mountains of Ladakh, India. It sits at 4,350 meters (about 14,270 feet) above sea level and is right on the border between India and China. The lake is famous for its super clear water that changes colors, looking blue, green, or grey at different times. The tall, dramatic mountains around it make it even more stunning. Photographers and people who love nature really like visiting this place. The lake is 130 kilometers (about 81 miles) long, but only one-third of it is in India. The rest is in China. Even though the area around the lake is barren and rocky, the lake itself feels peaceful and almost magical. It was even featured in the movie "3 Idiots.
