28 km from Pahalgam, Chandanwari is both a snow point accessible to visitors year-round and the official starting point of the Amarnath Yatra trek. In winter and spring, it offers snow activities including sledging. In summer, it's a dramatic entry point to the Himalayan high-altitude trail.

The classic Pahalgam experience — horse rides to Baisaran meadow (5 km, no vehicles), Hajan (Pony Point), and various forest viewpoints. Half-day and full-day rides available. This is one of the most popular horse riding experiences in Kashmir, suitable for all ages.
Day treks from Pahalgam include the Aru to Lidderwat route (8 km), the Hajan ridge trail, and forest walks above the main town. Multi-day options include the Tarsar Marsar Trek (6–7 days) and Kolhoi Glacier (4–5 days). Local guides are essential and can be arranged through us.
Pahalgam's Lidder River is one of the finest trout fishing spots in South Asia. Brown and rainbow trout are both found here. Fishing permits are available from the local J&K government fisheries office in town. Best season is April to October, with peak fishing in May and June.
