Service Responsibility: Kashmir Tickets is responsible only for the services explicitly included in the package. Any additional services, optional activities, or personal expenses are not covered unless specified in writing.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of unforeseen events including but not limited to riots, floods, accidents, natural calamities, or political unrest, the tour itinerary may be altered or extended. Any additional costs incurred due to these changes will be the responsibility of the passengers.
Complaints During Tour: Any issues with services (hotels, transport, guides) must be reported immediately to our tour manager or customer service (+91-9419001246) during the tour for timely resolution. Post-tour complaints cannot be entertained.
Mid-Tour Cancellations: If a guest leaves the tour midway for personal reasons (illness, family emergency, etc.), no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the tour.
