Insider Tips
Morning flights are best
Thermal conditions are most stable in the morning (9 AM–12 PM). Afternoon can bring stronger winds that may shorten or cancel flights.
Aru Valley for longer flights
If flight duration matters to you, Aru Valley offers significantly longer flights than Gulmarg due to the landing zone distance. Worth the 12 km drive from Pahalgam town.
